SMS Terms — Philly New Roof Match Request Updates

Program. Philly New Roof Match Request Updates is run by Philly New Roof Match for Philly New Roof Match. If you opt in, we text you only about the roofing request you made: that we received it, who we matched you with and how to reach them, scheduling, and a follow-up asking how it went. We do not send unrelated promotions.

How you opt in. By ticking the optional text-message box on our form, by texting us first, or by saying yes when our assistant asks on a call (we record that answer). Consent to texts is not required to use Philly New Roof Match or to buy anything.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your request; usually 2–6 messages per request, never more than {max_msgs_24h} in 24 hours. Msg & data rates may apply.

Quiet hours. Except for an immediate reply to a message or call you just sent us, we text only 09:00–19:00 Monday–Saturday (no Sundays or legal holidays) your local time.

Stop. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL) at any time. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also opt out by replying in your own words, by saying "stop" on a call, or at phillynewroofmatch.com/privacy-choices/. Opt-outs apply to every site Philly New Roof Match operates.

Help. Reply HELP or email hello@phillynewroofmatch.com.

Who texts you. Texts come only from Philly New Roof Match's number, as customer-care messages about your own request. The pro we match you with never receives your text-messaging consent and may not text you on it; if you want the pro to text you, text the pro's own number or opt in with the pro directly.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.

Privacy. See phillynewroofmatch.com/privacy/. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Age. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number.

Changes. We'll post changes here with a new date. Effective 2026-10-01 (sms-r3-2026-10-01).
